NK Design transformed several historic row homes into 17 high-end, furnished residences in University City, adjacent to the campuses of University of Pennsylvania and Penn Medicine.  A blend of modern shapes and organic finishes creates a luxurious, calming retreat for busy students and professionals. The project architect was Swiatocha Architecture + Design, and the project also features a custom made dining bench by Opal Studios.
